I want birth control but my parents can't find out and i dont have a doctor i go to regularly normally i gp tp urgent cares with my parents

I want birth control, I'm afraid of the symtoms and them being so bad I end up having to tell my parents bc there isn't any other explanation for them. But I don't have a doctor really, normally if something is wrong my parents take me to the urgent Care. My mom took me to her doctor once because I have a cyst on my vagina but that was it. What should I do, what do y'all recommend? I will not go to planned Parenthood so that's definitely not an option lol.
