No sex

My s/o and I have been together 3 years. We have sex very infrequently and he had only performed oral on me once in the entire 3 years! I havent cheated on him, before him I had a very high sexual drive and I still do. He did apologize, " for not having sex with me" now Im just frustrated. We are intimate so I do feel loved. I feel like he is not attracted to me. I dont even feel sexy anymore. How do I discuss this with him?
