Clear blue peak day

I had an opk question. I got a clear blue peak day today. I forgot to test yesterday because it was a crazy Sunday and I had family over. My ovu day was today based on my glo but when I put the opk I to the calendar it moved it to tomorrow and updated all the statistics.It’s my cycle day 15 today. Is that accurate?
