I’m super begins I feel and need to start enrolling in some classes!

I wanted to know if anyone has taken the Bradley method class even though they were open to all options? I like everything about Bradley and feel it could be informational from what I’ve HOWEVER I am not super adamant that I need to have an unmediated birth. Would this benefit me?

My ob said she preferred Lamaze vs Bradley bc it can put pressure on women to give birth one specific way.

Then I hear that classes are worthless and to save my money🤷🏾‍♀️

I’d love to hear any and all experiences/thoughts!!
