Possible thrush...
Lately my nipples have been killing me. I use a nipple shield because of flat nipples and my son never gets a good latch so I’m sure that’s part of it however, I notice that sometimes my breasts will get a burning and tingling sensation. I looked in my sons mouth and he has no white spots though. Also, if it is thrush do you go to the pediatrician or your OB? Thanks!
