I think ive Lost my mind

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I've been cleaning for 8 hours straight and I just sat down to take a break but I literally feel like if I stand up I'ma fall back over but I still have more to do and I plan on doing it am I crazy or do alot of Pregnant women at 26 weeks do this ?
