Please help 🙏🏽

Please help my baby is a little less than a month old and he has been so fussy. We thought it was colic but now noticed every time he tries to poop he screams and cries. He's only pooped twice in 4 days. We took him to the hospital and they said tries glycerin suppositories and those dos not work. Nothing I do soothes him and he's soo gassy. He pushes so hard and it ends up just being gas. Has anyone had this problem or know what do to help??!!! He is fed both breast and formula I used enfamil gentlease and nurse said try similac sensitive so that is what he is on now
