Ladies does it look and sound promising??

OK so I'm 10 dpo my step mom messaged me yesterday and said your pregnant dear. And I have been feeling that way I'll give you all my symptoms and if u have had the same please share, severe fatigue , nausea kinda like throwing up in my mouth' gross I know !! Um indigestion cramps that tend to stay on left side but middle also, bad lower back pain, sore heavy breast , very irritable and emotional. And my bbt is elevated at 99.0- 99.4 and CM is creamy white heavy, any ladies have these symptoms before your missed period?
