Third eye / red mark on forehead

So I'm still learning, awaking you could say. But I've noticed over the past couple days, it doesn't happen every night but, I woke up with what looks like a little red rash, or like a little red smudge exactly where my third eye is in between my eyebrows. What could that mean? Or is it just the way I'm sleeping lol.

I know that there's something going on with me, there always has been my whole life. it seems to happen on the nights that I have my extremely vivid dreams, which I've been having since I was a child. I can actually remember hundreds of my dreams from years ago up till now. I'm also an empath but like I said I'm still learning my way through this amazing spiritual Awakening.
