I know this is a petty petty thing but I’m really annoyed to please don’t judge.

So every year on the last lesson of the last day before the Christmas holidays the whole school goes into the sports hall. A stage and a huge projector screen is set up. One of the teachers dresses up as Santa and stands on the stage. Christmas song karaoke is put up on the projector and we all sing along. I know it sounds stupid but it’s really fun.

So for some reason this year, year 10 isn’t allowed to go( I’m in year 10). No one has told us why. My friend went to talk to the deputy head about why we can’t go and he said we can’t go because we are in year 10. That’s not a valid reason. So she asks him for a valid reason, I know this sounds kind of cheeky to ask a teacher this bit my teachers are pretty laid back, any way he says he doesn’t have to give a valid reason.

The whole year 10 is now really pissed off cause it’s something we all really enjoy. And they haven’t even told us why so we are confused.

Again I know this is really really petty but I had to vent cause I’m so annoyed 😑
