Second baby

I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I just want a general idea of what everyone else's experience was with their second baby/labor? Was it totally different? Faster? Slower? Early? Later? Around the same time as your first? With my daughter I had her a day before my due date and from start to finish labor lasted me 11 hours. I know every pregnancy is different...I'm just curious about other momma's with two births under their belts experience. :)
