SORE NIPPLES????

Hi all TTC, I have been trying to conceive for 4 months sadly no luck yet I have been noticing changes. Lately for about a week or 2 I have noticed my n*pples are very sore only when I touch them weirdest thing is it’s not the breast, it’s just my n*pple... When aunt flo is usually ready to come I never have sore nipples since I’ve gotten my menstrual cycle! also, i get slight headaches and lower back pain.. have anyone had the n*ppl soreness problem during early pregnancy or???? anywho, any info will help as i said been ttc for 4 months lol. baby dust to all😊❤️
