Would you be mad if your husband lied about this?

So yesterday and today my husband has went on two separate days of fishing with his friend. He left yesterday to go to help his uncle install a car stereo. He told me he would come home early yesterday and help me out with our two sick toddlers. Well he didnt get home early but instead he went fishing with his friend and his friends girlfriend afterwards 2 hours away and didn't get home until 230am. I was a little peeved that he lied about coming home and helping me but I let it go. So today he says he's going fishing again but his friends gf isn't going this time because she has to work so he'll have to leave early so his buddy can pick up his gf from work at around 4. I said ok but please try come home at that time because I have two sick toddlers and three broken ribs (my toddler jumped on me and the they haven't healed). He said ok. So it just so happens that I'm friends with his buddy's sister who lives with him. His sister told me this morning that the gf never planned on going to work and was going with them again. I was irritated again but where he fishes he has no cell service and I was bafffled as to why hed lie about something so stupid. So today, 9pm rolls around and I still haven't heard from him. He calls at 930 and tells me they just finished and he's getting gas and coming home. Another thing is he fishes in the town where we met and both used to live. I asked if he wanted me to save him dinner sinc eithoughtbhe'dbe home soonish and he said no he would just grab fast food on the way home (something cheap since we're trying to save money). My best friend lives down there and is the bartender at a really nice steak house in town. She just texts me on her break to say apparently my husband LIED about coming home and is right at this very minute sitting down and eating an expensive steak dinner with his friend and gf at a steak house. An extremely expensive one may I add. He hasn't noticed nor do I know if he remembers she works there but why lie and tell you're getting gas and coming home of youre not. My friend told her friend who is a waitress there and the waitress said she heard them talking about going back to the friends house to drink after and play video games. So he straight up lied and won't be home until 2 or 3am again and will come up with some sorry excuse as to why. Why is he lying about this?! How do I handle this? Do I call him on it? I'm so mad right now. I have two sick kids and I'm in pain and really hoped he would come home and help but I guess I'm just not that important to him. (Also for the record, he hasn't worked in 3 months because he works construction and this is the off season so we're living on our savings, which is a good nest egg but still inexcusable considering our circumstances.)

EDIT: my friend just text me again saying my husband just picked up the $200 tab for all three of their meals 😡
