Every time my husband and I have anal I always get a very upset stomach either the day after or a couple hours after and spend a while in the bathroom. Does this happen to anyone else? I always make sure to go and clean up very well before we ever do that.

If he finishes in there, I always go to the bathroom right after to get it all out asap otherwise I get cramps and stomach aches too.

Ive never had anything penitrait my rectum before, but i suggest maybe your poop still gets impacted even if you poop before hand, your intestines move the waste through your system constantly so its not like more poop couldnt be traveling down
