Okay so. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. I am  in grade 12 and he is out of school. We had a miscarriage a couple months ago which caused us to break up for a bit. We've been back together for a month now and he wants to start trying again. I told him to wait a couple months so that it would be born when I'm out of my parents house and after I graduate. It's not ruining my life because I should have been having one at the end of September anyway. And my secondary schooling can wait. He really wants one and so do I. But idk what to do.

Wait, get your schooling finished at least. Live together and maybe buy your own place. I too had a miscarriage when I was in year 12 and another the year after. The first one was an accident but we were ready to take on the responsibility. We tried for almost 12 months before I got pregnant again. After I lost the 2nd one we decided to wait for awhile longer before we started trying again as we decided we could be more stable. Since then we've bought our own place and have savings to survive on if anything goes wrong or when we decide to try again. I've almost finished my course and I'm so happy we waited. Although I now have terrible baby fever, I am now 21 and know that there are a few things I want to cross off my bucket list before we try for another bub.
Your still young and in love, enjoy living together and making sure you've got your place set up and both have stable jobs before having a baby

Does he have a job? How much does he make? What will you do to support yourself when you get out of your parents' house after hs or will you be living with him? How will you support this baby?  Is having a baby now will give the child a better life or will waiting be a better future for his child? When you decide to have a child, it's not about your life but about the baby's life. You need to decide what would be the best situation for the baby, not what is the best you can do in a given situation. Your secondary education is the key to provide a better life for that baby you are trying to have. Waiting on that and have a baby first is like stripping your child from a better life he or she could have had. I hope you reconsider. Life will only get harder wi more responsibilities and a baby so it will only go down hill if you are not prepared for it.

You are not in a good situation to be having a baby! Maybe you have a miscarriage for a reason. Do you have your own house? Do you have your own car? Do you live with your boyfriend? Do you have a job making more than minimum wage where you could potentially grow from? Does your boyfriend have a job making more than minimum wage where he could potentially grow from? Does he have a car? Does he have his own house? Do you have financial means or someone to watch the baby while you go to work? If you answered "no" to more than one of these questions,  you are not ready to have a baby. It would be selfish to put a child through a tough life when you can just wait.

Remember if you want to wait until you graduate he can't force you to get pregnant before.

But you should wait until after you are out of your parents house, have graduated school and have lived with your BF for a while. There is no need to rush things, you are both young and have the luxury of time to have a baby. Enjoy moving in with him after you are  done school.
