Sex drive

Okay. Please tell me someone can relate. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and my sex drive is through the rooof. It’s so high I’m trying to get my SO to do foreplay or have sex over and over. Like we used do it maybe once a day, sometimes twice and often times we skipped a few days due to being to busy in life. My SO is workin with me and is having sex with me up to 3-4 times a day now. I’m greatful for him doing this for me. But Here’s my dilemma.. I’m starting to get really sore down there. Lol we go rough to gentle to all kinds of different ways and I’m starting to get sore from having so much sex! I’ve never been this way so idk what to even do 🤣 I wanna keep doing it but it’s starting to be a little painful :/
