7 days late and cramping

AF is 7 days late, I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative. Most of the day, I have had this dull cramping on the lower right side of my stomach. It's not painful, just noticeable. It's like a gentle pulling feeling. I don't know what it could be. I very rarely feel any type of cramping on ny right side. Any ovulation, AF, or other cramping I may have usually occurs on the left side or in the middle.
