CAN I START THE PILL THE DAY AFTER MY PERIOD? Or does it HAVE to be Sunday?

Question

So I just started my period on Thursday & they usually last about 4-5 days. 
It tells me I should start the pill the Sunday after my period so should I start them Sunday the 30th or should I just start them this Sunday? 🤔
I am very confused with the starting on Sunday because say I end my period on Monday, then can I start taking the pill Monday or do I have to wait till the next Sunday?

It’s easiest to start on a Sunday with birth control because that’s the beginning of a week. However, you don’t have to. Many packs come with stickers so you can change the days on the package. It’s just easier to keep track of your pills if you’re starting on a Sunday. The birth control will regulate your period once your body adjusts to it, so it’s okay to not take it the day your period ends.

It’s the Sunday after your period ends but my gyno said it doesn’t really matter what day just make it be after your period!

If you end Monday and are planning on taking it at night I’d take it Monday night. Just skip the first pill. That won’t make a difference. Or you can start the next Sunday and your period will just be in 5 weeks instead of 4. It’s up to you
