Lower back pain!
Hey guys. I’m 17 weeks pregnant and my lower back has been killing me. It hurts so bad and is so stiff when I walk. The only relief I have is when I lay down on my side. I have so much stuff to do but it’s hard to get around with this pain. We’re also going on vacation on Tuesday and going to be doing a lot of walking. Any ideas on how to help get some relief??
