Hurt while having sex

So me and my husband were doing it the other night and it was fine for the first 10 or so minutes and then I had a horrible gut pain/cramp in my right side that would not go away. Usually I know if he pokes to far up, or something and this wasn’t the case this go around. It wouldn’t go away for awhile and it hurt to even like walk or even try and pee. I have no idea what it was, but it’s freaked me out to even try and have sex again for awhile.. what could it have been?
