My boyfriend has never had his first kiss.. HELP

So I literally just started dating this sweetheart maybe a week ago, we've been friends for a while and started liking eachother a little over a month ago. He hasn't had his first kiss and I'm a little concerned that he's going to be terrible and it will be awkward? We are both 16, I'm going to be a senior and he's going to be a junior (I know he's old for not having his first kiss but I don't mind it.) Any advice?
