My husband and I come from different religious backgrounds

Laura
I was raised Evangelical Covanent, and still consider myself religious, and believe in God. My husband was raised Jehovah's Witness, but he doesn't believe in any sort of God or afterlife now. When we first met, his parents weren't practicing witnesses, and my husbands dad even read scripture at our wedding in my church. But now recently, his parents are practicing again, and trying to get all of their kids back into it, my husband won't, which is completely up to him. I'm just worried now, that since we're finally going to have a baby, they're going to be mad that I'm going to raise my child in my church, and my husband is just fine with that. He said he'd even go with us. I'm going to baptize our child in my church, celebrate birthdays and Christmases (which witnesses don't do), and I'm just afraid that his family will pressure my husband to try to bring our child to their church, or just be mad that we're not Witnesses like they are. Does anybody else have an issue with two different religious backgrounds? How did your families react? What did you do?
