can you use tampons on the first cycle after a miscarriage?
im 3 months past my miscarriage and my period finally returned yesterday. im unable to get ahold of pads so im using wads of toilet paper, changing it on the hour. am i able/safe to use tampons?? maybe change them more frequently? this was my first pregnancy and miscarriage so im just not sure.
