Blood pressure 34 weeks

I’m curious if anyone has any experiences with higher blood pressure during the last few weeks of pregnancy. With my first my bp was normal. Not pregnant my bp is normal and in the perfect range. With this pregnancy it has been consistently around 113-118/70 but my last two visits (four weeks) it has been 136-64. Each time. Today, we took it twice because the reading was 143-62 the first time around. So this in general is high for me. I’ve also felt like it’s been harder to catch my breath or breathe. Idk if it’s related or not. But I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this and what the outcome was!?
