When to try for #3?

I am 29 and my husband is 30. We have a nine year old son and our daughter is 18 months. Husband told me over the weekend he would like to start trying for our 3rd now. I do want another and see myself as a mommy of three. How did you know you were ready? Any advice? Thanks :)

I always wanted a third, maybe even a fourth, I am not sure yet!! 😂
I thought of it this way and this made up my mind. 10 years from now, I'm imagining my family how it is now...does it look complete with just me, my husband and my two sons, or does it look and I used "feel" like someone is missing? Even though, and what I realized later, BECAUSE of how much I love my two little children, I felt there was still room in my family, and especially in my heart, for another little person to come join our brood. 🥰 We still have so much love to give, I do, as a mom, and I knew in my heart that the love I would have for a new baby would never take away from the love and attention I already have for my little ones now. 
After coming to terms with that on my own, as an individual, a woman and a mom, my husband and I had the talk, like you guys did, and decided, yes, let's do this, let's start trying in the spring of 2019. It's on. Well...a couple weeks later I hadn't been feeling myself and I took a pregnancy test mainly to rule out the idea altogether (since we absolutely were not trying and our method of birth control had not failed once in over 5 years) and we found out on Thanksgiving Day that I was 6 weeks pregnant. The decision had already been made, the deed done, as we we're "making up our minds". It's funny how life works, isn't it? We were actually in deep shock at that point and it did take a few weeks to get used to the fact, well, we are doing this now and NOT in 6 months, but ok, here we go. We can do this. 😁
I think you know. Before you even ask the question. Deep down, I think you already know your answer.

I am 28 husband is 33 I am carrying my 3rd and my 2 oldest are 12,6 I told my husband if all goes well with baby 3 I want to wait a few months for a year and then try for number 4 n be done 😂 lord willing!!! But we both came from big families and I just see us hopefully having a big family and it feels right for us. As long as you’re in the right mental mind state and physically ready to carrying another child I’d say go for it because we don’t know your household better than you and your husband ❤️❤️💕 sending baby dust anyway for when you’re ready god bless!!!

I’d say anytime now. They say 18 months minimum between pregnancies for health and safety, you’ve hit that mark. Now it’s up to you to decide what you’d like to happen. Personally I really enjoyed the age difference of my two ( just under 3 1/2 years) which meant I got pregnant when she was about 2 1/2. She was old enough to understand the becoming a big sister thing and old enough to try and help and also potty trained. If your 3rd is born before your second is potty trained expect some regression on that. It basically comes down to what works in your life and what you are comfortable with.

You have plenty of time to decide. I’m 37 and 33 weeks with #3. My oldest is 17 and a senior this year. 🤷‍♀️ felt like a good year for baby number Three!

That’s completely up to you and your husband! If you’re ready, you’re ready. If not, there’s nothing to make you ready. Some people are ready for another baby right after their first is born, some want to wait 10+ years. It all depends on your readiness!!

Our first daughter is 6 and our second daughter is 20 months. I am 27 and my husband 28. We decided we didn’t want such a big gap between the last two so we decided for a third. I am currently 23 weeks with another girl who is due 5 days before my youngest’s birthday lol we will see how it goes!!
