Trying to conceive!

Ok TMI I know but don’t know what’s going on, Ok so I came off my pill 7 months ago & started having periods, first one lasted 4 days and my last period which I was 2 months late and had symptoms of pregnancy which 4 tests came back negative then I came on for 24hrs and nothing since, Any advice?
