2nd attempt at vbac

My first baby was an emergency c section , my second was a successful VBAC , and I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd and I’m wanting to attempt another vaginal birth so bad but I won’t a natural birth . Has anyone successful had a second vaginal birth after a c section and natural ?? I’m just scared that I won’t be successful and it’ll need a c section again but I won’t have the epidural so idk how they would give me a spinal block or pain medicine if a c section was needed !!!
