Help mommas!
So there’s those breastfeeding moms that lose the weight super easy. I’m not one of them. I’ve only lost half of my baby weight at 6 months pp. People say that some people just can’t lose until they quit breastfeeding. Does this mean it’s physically impossible to lose it until I’m done nursing? Or does it just make it more difficult. I’m really struggling with the weight to the point of bawling any time I have to dress up to go anywhere. I’ve considered talking to my doctor but don’t think there’s really anything they can do. I’ve tried walking on the treadmill and watching calories. It didn’t seem to help.
