A month after we started spending time together, it was my birthday and he “forgot”

I forgave him.

One night he invited me to his party and I snuck out to go. He had texted me like2 minutes before I got there, then I got there, I texted him when I was outside. He ignored it and I saw the lights in his room go out. I called him twice and it rang but no answer. It was 12am and I was locked out of going back to my house so I spent the night at my cousins house instead. The next morning he apologized for “falling asleep”

I forgave him.

Once when we were hanging out with a work buddy of his, the kid mentioned meeting my bfs ex girlfriend. He started that job AFTER we had met. So that told me she was still coming around.

I ignored that. Never mentioned the realization I had.

When we went to Costco he plugged in his phone to the machine things that can print out photos. It was revealed that he had a bunch of girls nudes in his camera roll.

We had an awkward time after that, it was resolved because I forgave him again.

On thanksgiving night he called me and confessed to cheating on me in August (when he forgot my bday and left me outside after inviting me that night. The girl he had sex with found out she had chlamydia. He had known for a week before he told me. Claimed he waited to tell me because I was taking my nursing school final exams and he didn’t want to add to my stress. Lol.

Anyway, after all, I didn’t catch chlamydia (THANK GOD). It’s been a month and some time and we moved on from that whole thing. However, I cant trust him anymore.

We were on the way to Oceanside the other day. He went down and left his phone in the car playing music on YouTube. So I picked it up and snooped. He still has the tinder app, recent matches, AND HIS EX WAS IN HIS TEXT MESSAGES. What hurt me the most is that he had invited her to go to Oceanside with him first.... and so I was the second option (?!?!)

What am I supposed to do now?
