Confused . Confused and am I pregnant ?

On the 3rd of November I had unprotected sex and he came inside me . I was due for my period on the 23rd on that night I took a clear blue test and it came back positive . This morning I had a doctors appointment and they did a urine test and it came back negative . I had been peeing all day I bought another test and it came back negative . The doctors did blood work on me and I should get results tomorrow or Friday. I’m now 4 days late with hurting breast and nipples . Constipation. My vagina hurts and I have pulling in my stomach . Also when I eat I feel sick .
