Hey Fellow 2nd trimester mommies! I was curious on how many of us could honestly say they still drink a medium iced coffee from dunkin?

Honestly, the amount of coffee they ACTUALLY put in a medium at dunks is only like.. 1/4 of that cup. After the  ALL the that ice, and milk or cream or whatever you add in. I have 1 coffee every morning. Sometimes it’s from dunk, sometimes home. But I still need my caffeine !

Heck yes! I need my daily coffee or else I cannot function. I went through the first trimester without it because I couldn't keep it down. I am so happy to be reunited with it since 14 weeks (I'm 21 weeks now).

Pretty much every morning! My doctor even said it's better for me to have my one cup a day than be a zombie or go through caffeine withdrawals!

I bring my 16 oz travel mug to work every morning filled with coffee. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Its the only real caffeine I drink bc I don’t drink soda. I’m not worried.

I don’t drink coffee, and I’m normal not a sofa drinker but for some reason this pregnancy I have had more soda than ever before. It’s the only thing that helps with my nausea. And that said, I definitely don’t have soda every day. It’s still not a lot, just more than normal cuz usually i have soda 2-3 times a year. And that also said, not every time is the kind with caffeine but oooh girl have a desperately needed the caffeine and the bubbles some days. Lol I’m not proud of it, but also not the end of the world. I’m healthy otherwise lol!

I drink about two cups of half caf every morning - so the equivalent to one normal

I drink half a cup to a cup in the morning and for some reason it helps my nausea

It doesn’t give me much pep in my step but coffee tastes amazing so I drink it every morning.

I have one cup in the morning and occasionally a second cup in the afternoon. My 8lb 7oz firstborn was enough evidence for me that a moderate amount of caffeine does not restrict growth 😅
