Break up advice

I was with a boy who I loved very much for a year and a half. Things just weren’t going good for him in his life and he felt like I deserved better and he couldn’t give me the attention I deserved. We broke up about a week ago and I can’t let go. I love that boy so much and I don’t know what to do. I’m really depressed. What helps you get over a break up?
