Post eating problems
So I used to have a lot of eating problems I wasnt anorexic I would iust skip a few meals a day. Not eat alot when I did and somedays I didnt eat at all but it never got really bad. Fast forward to now I havent done anything in a really long time like 2 years at least not on purpose. Everytime I eat something though I feel nauseas and sometimes I give myself so much anxiety and nausea I throw up. Is it normal to go through this after having anorexic tendinces I struggled with it for 2 years. I just need advice to not feel nauseas everytime I eat.
