Ab exercises
So my belly is getting a little big for my liking. Used to be flat and now it’s fat lol. I’m skinny but my belly is starting to grow and I don’t wanna look like my dad and just wanna get in shape. 2 days in a row now I’ve done hot yoga which is pretty fuckin intense. My boyfriend told me planks for ten seconds every day. Does anyone have any other exercises? Could you include pics of the exercise too? Thanks!
