Teeth problems???

Is anyone else having problems with their teeth? Like I’m pretty sure my son is taking all my calcium!

I thought I was the only one. My teeth feels so weird, like I cant feel them.

My OB recommended I ate 1/4 of a tum for calcium (I'm very lactose intolerant) and if you ask the OB, they may give you a list to give the dentist so you can go in to get stuff checked.

Tooth and gum problems are pretty common with pregnancy. We need a ton of calcium, my midwife gave me papers dedicated to that alone. My baby doesn’t care for dairy though.

Calcium needs to be taken 4 hours apart from your prenatal because of the iron in them. Also, anti acid prevents your body from absorbing any calcium.
