19 weeks with an uncontrolable bladder?!?!

What are some suggetsions you guys have? I could be walking, sneezing, barely giggle and I just pee myself. Like its almost releasing everything until I make it to the bathroom. I cry because of how embarrased I am with this all.

I am ordering poise pads lol and possibly a diaper in my last months lol this is my third kid. It never got better each round lol apparently next step would be like a bladder step surgery to strengthen the bladder lol which I won't do so diapers it is!! :) 😂😂😂 idk what else to do

It’s seriously so bad for me. They even tested me for a UTI. Nope, just a weak pregnancy bladder. I wear thick pads and sometimes depends. No shame lol

I have been wearing thin pads since the first trimester because of discharge. Yes my bladder has gotten worse. Besides work I try not to go to public places anymore because of having to make several trips to bathroom. And it’s very annoying 🙇🏽‍♀️
