Big question (random question)

If you have a child 1-3 and every time u sit them down they cry ,every-time you pick them up there fine . They want u to pack them all day long without sitting them down. You can’t get nothing done around the house without holding them 24,7. What do u call this ? Do u call it spoiled were they want u to pack them all the time for nothing? Or you call it they want Mother’s love They just wanna be hold? Or u think it’s a medical problem they need to be seen? In my view I say spoiled ,,,,so what’s your view ? Or how would u handle the situation?
