2 weeks ago I had a scare where I was bleeding - ultrasound showed everything was fine. I had some blood in my uterus, but two days later it looked like it was gone. After a few days the spotting stopped. Now it’s back again. Brown spotting for the last three days. Anyone else?

I have another ultrasound appt on Wednesday - I’ll be 8 weeks 2 days then. Praying everything stays ok.
