FTM labour question

This might sound silly - but I’m a FTM, so no idea what I’m in for!!

I’ve been pretty lucky and have had a pretty easy pregnancy so far. 38wk3days now. My bump has definitely dropped, but otherwise no real signs of anything happening. I haven’t really had any BH (that I’ve noticed...I don’t really know what to be expecting) and don’t think I’ve lost my mucus plug (though I’ve had a lot of discharge over the past couple weeks - could that be it, just happening slower?)

I’m worried I’m not going to recognise it when labour actually starts. Will it be so obvious with the pain that I’m being silly worrying?? I’m just so ready to meet my little man now!
