Where to start with FAM??

Hi I’m very new to the fertility awareness method. I don’t know where to start. Not going to be trying for a baby soon, but want to start so I know what my body does by the time I start trying for a baby (late next year). Some tips please!

Agreed you must read taking charge of your fertility. It will explain EVERYTHING! Fertility friend also has a great free podcast and charting course that I highly recommend. And use BC until you have been using it for several months if you’re not ready for a baby! If you’re cool with a baby, then do whatever ;) good luck!!
