I need an advise ladies 😪

My boyfriend of two years and a half decided to grab all his stuff and leave. He still has a lot of his clothes here, but since his mother lives 1 1/2 from here he took all his shoes n drove there. 40 minutes in since he left I called him ( telling him to come home). I was crying and having anxiety.... so I bagged him to come back. I was doing laundry too so I told him I was going to call him back. I was trying to hurry cause I thought he was on his way here and I wanted us to go eat something. When i finally called him to see where he was, he said he was getting something to eat down by his moms. I felt horrible, I was like dude I've been thinking all this time you've been on your way home. So I told him I have nothing else to say and hung up. Just like that n nothing else... what should I do?????

Btw. The argument started yesterday night when I told him I do want to get married, but apparently we have different thoughts. This is not the first time he grabs his stuff and goes to his mom. I feel used and worthless 😪😪😪
