Best shampoo and conditioner for breaking dry hair.?

Question

My hair is breaking badly and is really dry, Any suggestions on a good not to expensive shampoo and conditioner that's worth it ? And other ideas BESIDES pills ? I have IBS and cant take pills or anything because they bother my stomach badly I've tried taking biotin same effect as other pills due to ibs. Maybe hair mask ideas that would help the breaking AND the dryness ? I've heard of coconut masks. Does anyone have good reviews about doing coconut masks? And would any coconut oil work?

I like to use coconut shampoo and conditioner by OGX when my hair is dry. It only costs $6 and works really well. Also, I suggest buying pure argan oil and using it as a hair mask over night and washing it off it the morning. Uncle Harry's has quality argan oil. I hope this helps! 😊

I do not use any kind of heat on my hair ever, the last time I used heat was my wedding ( 6.18.16) besides hot water during a shower also I dont wash my hair every single day usually every other day unless it's really greasy. I keep it in braids at night and up during the day I cant stand it being down it gets in my way way to much and my baby pulls it when he sees he has a chance.
