15 weeks with second pregnancy, feeling baby move??

Is it possible to feel baby move at this stage and like behind my belly bottom? I've been feeling the flutters I felt with my daugther when I was 19 weeks. I'm just not sure if is possible that I feel them by my belly bottom.
