HELP MAMAS: Sick mama/babies - milk supply dropping
I have a cousin who has a 17 month old and 2 month old twins.
Mama is sick with the flu, her 17 month old and one of the twins have colds. Poor mama is finally feeling better but she wasn't able to eat/drink much and her milk supply is dropping.
Are there any tricks/tips for reestablishing her supply? Trusted products, things your grandmas used to do, idk anything to help??
