At what point do I see a doctor for diarrhea?

Sorry if this is tmi but I’ve been having diarrhea for 3 or 4 days and it’s pretty painful and I have to run to the bathroom. I don’t know what’s causing it but it hurts and it’s not getting better :( when do I see a doctor
And my period just ended about 4 days ago after having it for 2 weeks (I’m 10 weeks postpartum)

You go see a doctor if you start to feel dehydrated, dry mouth, headaches, dry or skin than normal, really dark pee. It if it turns into blood.
Have a bottle of coke and some salt and oatmeal cookies. Gatorade is also good for stabilization of elecrolytes(binds water to your body.)

Definitely stick to the BRAT (bananas rice applesauce toast) diet.  This can help reset the balance in your belly and absorb excess acid. Wouldn’t hurt to contact your doctor if you’re really concerned though.
