Scared 😖

I’m 9 weeks pregnant. This isn’t my first pregnancy, the first one I miscarried at 10 weeks. But this pregnancy I have spotted up to 4 times maybe even 5 times. 3 of which has happened after having sex with my husband, the other time it was spontaneous, but now I’m spotting again and I haven’t done much. No sex, no straining and no stress and i don’t have any cramps with it. My first dr appointment isn’t until Thursday and I’m terrified I won’t make it, plus my 10th week is Tuesday. Am I over thinking it too much? Has anyone else went through this?
