Beard burn from boyfriend?

So my partner has a pretty big beard. We were intimate and four-play was involved. Now I have smaller than pea size sores. It showed up the morning after and what I’ve seen online looks nothing like what I have going on and I’ve also been told diseases or infections usually don’t show up over night. It looks nothing like any kind of diseases or infections I’ve looked up. I’ve been using cortisone cream and that seems to be healing it. I’m still really worried though. My sister, RN, and my best friend, LPN, both told me it was just from the friction from his beard. But I’m still freaking out. Some one help, PLEASEEE!!!
