I was just gifted a new play pen that also acts as a bassinet type thing. could I just use this in my room instead of a bassinet ? is it safe ? I need opinions

Yep! That’s exactly what I’m doing. Pack-n-play is beside my bed until baby starts sleeping longer through the night, and since I’m breastfeeding, before I swap him to his crib. 🙂
