What pain relief methods worked best for you guys? This is my last and final baby, all my labors have been extremely fast, 5 1/2 hrs, 3 hrs, and 4 hrs. I really want to go all natural for it. I’ve been trying really hard to do research and plan ahead so I don’t go in blind like my last. I made it to 9 cm before I got a spinal block which was just a mistake. So any tips and guidance I would so appreciate it. My pain just increases so quickly I don’t know how to guide myself through it because it never feels like it levels off, it’s just a consistent increase /:
