Having kids close together

My oldest is 9 and I have a 4 month old daughter. I am 33 and I think I'd like to have at least one more if not two. Can anyone share their stories I'm what it's like to have to under 2 as in considering not preventing just having them all now so I can stay-at-home for a few years and then go back to work. I feel like spanning them out over another 5 years of be exhausting and almost better to just get it done with but I'd be open to anything so tell me your thoughts.
